We will process your order soonest possible, usually within 2 to 4 working days. We use Singapore Post ("SingPost") for shipping to both Singapore & International addresses.  We offer a flat rate shipping fee, independently of the number of items your order.

Shipping Within Singapore

Note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, you may experience some delays by Singpost.

International Shipping (with tracking)

All international orders will be shipped via SingPost International Registered Air Mail service (Door-step delivery, recipient signature required).

Shipping to overseas address will take about 6 to 15 business days and up to 20 business days during peak period depending on your location. We offer a flat rate delivery fee irregardless of the number of items you purchase.

 Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be significant delays for all international shipments out of Singapore. Some countries may be affected by International Mail Service Suspension. Click here for more updates.

The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges and duties incurred on their purchases or shipment of the item that are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. We are not responsible for any delayed parcels due to customs clearance.
